8 Hours Itinerary
Today we will driveyou in the south of Campania region to visit the Greek Ancient city of Paestum located on the coast of the Tyrrhenian sea in the Magna Grecia.
The first stop will be at the ruins of Paestum originally founded under the name of Poseidonia approximately in the 600 BC from the Greek colonists of Sybaris and later conquered by the Lucanians and then the Romans.
Here you will have free time to visit 3 of the most well-preserved ancient Greek temples in the world(Temple of Hera, Neptune and Ceres dedicated to Athena).
The second stop will be at Barlotti cheese factory where it is produced the famous buffalo mozzarella entirely made by hands and exclusively whit milk.
Here you can have lunch and taste all the food specialties made whit buffalo mozzarella before to drive back to the hotel in the afternoon.
